Incredibly attractive bouquet of orchard, bruised apples, quince, seawater, zest, lemon, a bit of smoke, dry herbs, and Alpine herbs. Detailed, multilayered, and sophisticated. On the palate, it's fresh and energetic with nice smoky notes. Very long and detailed aftertaste. Perfectly balanced and delicious. Would love to see it aged.
